TanSpark tungsten carbide tubes - iQ Drill is mainly used for machining difficult and heat-resistant materials, or when hole drilling must be performed with extreme precision such as hole drilling of fuel injection nozzles. The diameter of the flush hole is adapted to the respective outer diameter. This is to reduce tip formation and at the same time improve the flow through the electrode.
All electrodes are controlled by measuring the air flow at 6 Bar pressure in addition to control of very tight manufacturing tolerances.
By default, the tolerance of the outer diameter is within a few thousandths of a millimeter.
TanSpark tungsten carbide tubes - iQ Drill are made of ultra-fine tungsten powder and a high-grade cobalt bond.
